Refunds and Cancellations
We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delays in shipping due to the nature of our product. We will take the refund or cancellation if there is an error on our part.
Exchanges - currently no exchanges.
Broken Items - please contact us within 3 days of receiving the broken item as we will need to document this issue.
Lost/Stolen/Missing Package - If the package is shipped out correctly by Muva Nurture and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper are not responsible. File a claim with the post office for missing and stolen packages.
