How to prepare tea blend
1. Place 1 teaspoon of herbs in a glass jar. (Please avoid plastic)
2. Add 8oz of boiling water over the herbs.
3. Steep 10-15 minutes and strain. Do NOT boil.
4. For best results drink at room temperature. (Do not drink hot or cold)
Drink 3 times daily
Make sure to add 8oz of water to every teaspoon of herbs added to jar.
